Update and family visit

My pain clinic appointment has finally arrived after a bit of chasing. Only another week then hopefully they can help me out, as I could do without any more unnecessary surgery!

I'm still waiting on MRI results, they have my scan but won't give me the results without my notes, which are with the pain clinic, so I have to wait for over another week for them!

I've just spent a few days with family for my Mom's birthday, she is 42, so that makes me 21 again next month! ;-) We had a lovely meal and relaxing time catching up and lots of laughs which are always great therapy. Laughter is one of the best medicines. xx

I also finally met my pink sister Ally, from our online group who I've known for a year now, we had a lovely day together. So even though I have lost friends through cancer I am gaining some very special ones for life. xx

I've booked on a Yoga retreat to Goa India next year, travelling on my own which is something I've never done before and I've always wanted to go to India. Life is about doing what you want and living each day to the fullest. So to fulfil my life long ambition to roll in mud I'm also doing Pretty Muddy Race for Life. So I might take a while doing the 5k course as I will be to busy wallowing in mud he-he. If you would like to sponsor me click the link top right of this page.
